49 CFR 172 Special Provision IP15 (IB-Codes and IP-Codes)

These provisions apply only to transportation in IBCs and Large Packagings.

Description	For UN2031 with more than 55% nitric acid, rigid plastic IBCs and composite IBCs with a rigid plastic inner receptacle are authorized for two years from the date of IBC manufacture.
HazMat with this Code	UN 2031 - Nitric acid other than red fuming, with at least 65 percent, but not more than 70 percent nitric acid UN 2031 - Nitric acid other than red fuming, with more than 20 percent and less than 65 percent nitric acid
